Both of these artists bring an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to the table. Don't miss out on this chance to work with each of them! Each student will get an individual work session in class with our Music Director to present a short cut of your choosing. You will have the chance to apply their adjustments and perform your cut again. Bring your book in case you are asked for more, and 2 copies of your headshot/resume. ------------------------------- Dates/Times:

KATIE COLEMAN: Recent projects include SIX (Broadway and National Tour), ALADDIN (Broadway), HAMILTON (And Peggy Tour), BEACHES (World Premiere at Theatre Calgary), FALSETTOS (Lincoln Center Production national tour), AIN'T TOO PROUD (Transcendence Theater Company) MAY WE ALL (the Rev Theatre) and ELF ON THE SHELF (first and second national tours) as well as the development of several new works including HEAR ME, Q2, VICKY AND FRANK, COMING SOON and Broadway Shark Tank winner A ROOM WITH A VIEW. Katie is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and a graduate of University of the Pacific's Conservatory of Music, where she studied piano and trumpet. She is also the host of the podcast “How to Succeed in Theater (by sacrificing everything”). @kaatiecoleman KatieColemanMusic.com BEN COHN is currently the music director and conductor for WICKED on Broadway recently music directing and conducting DEATH BECOMES HER. Prior to DBH, Ben served as music director and conductor for ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME and was the Music Director, Conductor, and Associate Music Supervisor for the Grammy, Tony, and Olivier award winning DEAR EVAN HANSEN worldwide. He was also the Vocal Supervisor and Pianist for the motion picture. Ben recently conducted TICK, TICK, BOOM and SUNSET BOULEVARD at the Kennedy Center and has performed all over the country as Music Director for Clay Aiken, Stephanie J. Block and Ben Platt. He has also worked with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ruben Studdard, Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, and many others. His arrangements and orchestrations have been heard on TV, albums, concerts, theme parks and cruise lines. Ben is a graduate of Ithaca college and New York University. He lives in NYC with his husband and son. JAMIBETH MARGOLIS has been casting in NYC for 20+ years. She runs her own casting office and also works as a stage director. She previously served as casting director for many of Broadway’s longest running shows such as CATS, LES MISERABLES, MISS SAIGON, PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and more. Last season, Jamibeth cast HARMONY on Broadway. Other recent theatre casting: FIDDLER ON THE ROOF In Yiddish (Off Broadway/Artios Award Winner For Casting), HARMONY (Reading and National Yiddish Theatre), several shows at the Fulton Theatre and Maine State Music Theatre. Currently casting director for the National Yiddish Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre and for many readings and workshops for plays and musicals around NYC. Joel Grey, Drama Desk winner), AMERIKE-THE GOLDEN LAND, GOLDEN BRIDE (NYTF; Drama Desk Noms.), URINETOWN (Araca), NAKED BOYS SINGING, NEWSical (Theatre Row), BURLESQUE TO BROADWAY (Tour) & numerous Regional. Albums: PABLO, AFTER HAPPILY EVER AFTER. TV/Film: MONICA'S MIXING BOWL (w/ John Tartaglia), TRIPLE THREAT (feature film available on iTunes). Andrew’s orchestrations are included in the pops touring concert LIVE FROM BROADWAY, and are regularly licensed by orchestras around the country. Orchestrated and supervised a world premiere country musical which featured five #1 BILLBOARD Hits, with choreography by Emmy Winner, Tyce Diorio.
