Technical Production Worker – Directors

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Production Worker – Directors to support the planning, coordination, and execution of production activities. The successful candidate will work closely with directors, production teams, and technical staff to ensure all technical operations run efficiently before, during, and after productions. Key Responsibilities

Assist directors with technical production planning and daily operations.

Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, including lighting, audio, video, and staging equipment.

Perform equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting before and during productions.

Coordinate with production managers, stage crew, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Support rehearsals, live events, and production schedules.

Ensure all technical equipment is safely installed and operated according to company standards.

Monitor production quality and resolve technical issues promptly.

Maintain inventory records and organize production equipment.

Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.

Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting production equipment when required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Previous experience in technical production, live events, broadcasting, theater, or a related field is preferred.

Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, video, and stage production equipment.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when production schedules require.
