ROCKERS ON BROADWAY VIDEO TEAM NEEDED

JOIN THE ROCKERS ON BROADWAY VIDEO TEAM For nearly 30 years, Rockers on Broadway has brought together some of Broadway and the entertainment industry’s most celebrated artists in support of The PATH Fund. This year, we’re opening a select number of video production roles to students, recent graduates, and early-career creatives who want to step into a professional live-event environment, gain hands-on experience, build their portfolio and reel, and make meaningful connections within the Broadway and entertainment community. These positions are unpaid, but are designed to provide real-world production experience, professional credits, portfolio/reel material, and valuable networking opportunities while working as part of an established New York entertainment event. OPEN VIDEO TEAM ROLES SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOGRAPHER / CONTENT CREATOR

Capture dynamic, social-first video content throughout Rockers on Broadway for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.

This is a live concert environment, so you’ll be working on the ground throughout a busy venue, navigating performers, crew, guests, and audience members while capturing moments in real time. Ideal for someone interested in social storytelling, live events, entertainment, and creating engaging short-form content in a fast-paced environment. BEHIND-THE-SCENES CAMERA OPERATOR

Help tell the story behind Rockers on Broadway by capturing the energy and moments audiences don’t normally get to see — including backstage activity, rehearsals, artist interactions, production moments, and approved footage from the wings or stage area.

You’ll be working around professional performers and crew in a fast-moving live environment, so professionalism, awareness, discretion, and the ability to capture moments without disrupting the production are important. Ideal for someone interested in live-event, documentary, entertainment, or behind-the-scenes filmmaking who is comfortable operating a camera independently and adapting quickly as moments unfold. VIDEO EDITOR / ASSISTANT EDITOR

Work alongside the Video Producer to support The PATH Fund’s video and post-production needs before and after Rockers on Broadway.

 

Responsibilities may include helping catalog and organize the existing video library, preparing and assisting with video deliverables for the live show, editing social content, and helping turn event footage into highlight reels, promotional pieces, and other digital assets. This role may begin approximately one week before the event and continue into post-production afterward. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred but not required. Editors who primarily work in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software are welcome. EQUIPMENT

For camera-based positions, please let us know about any equipment you own or can reliably access, including:

• Cameras and lenses

• Microphones/audio equipment

• Gimbals, stabilizers, or camera rigs

• Lighting equipment

• Tripods/monopods

• Other relevant production gear Owning equipment is not required to apply, but knowing what equipment you have access to will help us determine production assignments. TIME COMMITMENT

Rockers on Broadway takes place Monday, November 2, 2026.

Depending on the position, selected team members should expect to become involved approximately one to two weeks before the event, beginning in mid-to-late October.
