Project Manager

# Full-Time Project Manager **Location:** Jersey City, NJ

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience **Tom Carroll Scenery** is seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team. For over 30 years, Tom Carroll Scenery has fabricated award-winning scenery, props, and custom environments for Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theater, museums, retail installations, trade shows, television, and live events. We are looking for an organized, collaborative professional who can successfully manage multiple scenic fabrication projects from award through installation. ### Responsibilities * Manage multiple scenic fabrication projects from award through installation

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and production teams

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines

* Coordinate with engineering, drafting, purchasing, production, and shop departments

* Track project budgets, change orders, and client communications

* Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

* Attend production meetings and support installations as needed ### Qualifications * Experience managing scenic fabrication, theater, exhibits, live events, architectural millwork, or custom fabrication projects strongly preferred

* Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills

* Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to read construction drawings and scenic plans

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus

* AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks experience is a plus

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred ### Benefits * Health insurance
