Child Transportation Companion (ShuttleCub Bear)

Join ShuttleCub’s team serving families across New York City. As a ShuttleCub Bear, you’ll safely accompany children (age 6+) to and from school, after-school programs, enrichment classes, sports practices, and home using public transit, rideshare, taxi, or simply on foot. You choose when and how often you work, making this a great fit alongside performing, studying, or other commitments. This is flexible, meaningful work that supports your creative schedule rather than competing with it.

We’re looking for individuals who move with purpose, communicate with empathy, and navigate New York City like a pro. Our Bears aren’t babysitters, they’re trusted companions who make each journey safe, calm, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Pick up children at designated locations and accompany them to their destination

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain excellent punctuality

• Communicate clearly and professionally with families

• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for each child

• Represent ShuttleCub’s values of professionalism, warmth, and reliability Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Punctual, reliable and strong with time management

• Clear and friendly communicator

• Experience with kids (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, etc.) preferred

• Able to navigate NYC confidently and safely
