ABOUT THE ROLE The Carson Center is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day box office ticketing and contribution operations. This is a hands-on position focused on building shows, selling tickets, cross department reporting and ensuring accurate box office operations, while providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Build and manage events in Tessitura (ticketing software)
● Sell tickets over the phone and in person to assist customers with purchases
● Provide friendly, professional customer service to all patrons
● Schedule and oversee part-time box office staff
● Handle refunds and ticket exchanges
● Manage chargebacks and related issues
● Reconcile box office cash drawers at end of day
● Maintain accurate ticketing records and transactions
● Process and report Contribution Campaigns
● Work closely with Marketing to facilitate all on sales and promotions
HOURS
● Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Additional hours required on show nights and weekends as needed
REQUIREMENTS
● 3-5 Years Customer Service Management and Sales Experience
● Experience with ticketing systems preferred (Tessitura, Tix, Sales Force)
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with the public and internal administration staff
● Strong communication skills
● Basic Office skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word)

● Is dependable and organized
● Can work independently and follow through
