Applications are due via email by January 15, 2024 Executive Producer: Full Time Position Job Title: Executive Producer, The Justice Theater Project, Raleigh, North Carolina Summary: The Justice Theater Project, founded in 2004 as a 501(C)(3) social justice organization in Raleigh, NC, seeks an Executive Producer. The Justice Theater Project produces five to six shows annually and two children’s summer theater camps (one each in Raleigh and Durham). The Justice Theater Project has a long history of impactful programming and innovative projects that directly affect the people of the Triangle. The new Executive Producer will keep that tradition going and growing with insightful, social justice-focused leadership. Description: Aligned with the organization’s mission, the Executive Producer will: Produce compelling theater experiences that create community dialogue and give voice to social concerns Serve as the public face of the organization and maintain relationships with local and regional organizations that further our mission, vision, and values. Partner with the Artistic Director (AD) to provide overall leadership to The Justice Theater Project Manage office staff, volunteers, and summer camp staff Engage with patrons, partners, donors, sponsors, civic leaders, volunteers, board members, actors and grantors Provide financial oversight of a $350,000 budget Write grants and fundraise Work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to ensure fiscal health and effective governance Report to the Board of Directors.
