Mythology Project 2023 Auditions

The Mythology Project is seeking creative, collaborative actors to participate in the creation and performance of an original short play inspired by Celtic mythology at the Windsor Art Center (40 Mechanic Street, Windsor, CT).

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The Mythology Project is a short-play (60-90 minutes) inspired by Celtic mythology that will be devised (created collaboratively) with an ensemble of 5-7 actors, one director/writer, and a small, but mighty creative team. Actors in the ensemble will play several roles each (in the last project, 5 actors played 48 characters). A modest stipend of $175 will be provided to all actors in the cast.

AUDITIONS:

WHO: Actors ages 16 and up.

The show is ensemble driven, with actors playing multiple roles in the show. Therefore, the story will adapt to the actors who are cast and the unique talents and experiences they bring. All are welcome!

WHEN:

Sunday, July 9 from 3-4:30PM

Monday, July 10 from 7:00-8:30 PM

All auditions, rehearsals, and performances will take place at the Windsor Art Center (40 Mechanic Street, Windsor, CT).

STIPEND:

Actors in the cast will receive a stipend of $175.00.
