General/ Company Management Fellow - The Theatre Leadership Project

Formed by Warren Adams, T. Oliver Reid and Reggie Van Lee, BTC have secured significant partner relationships across the industry with producers, directors, designers and advertising agencies that can support the ecosystem they are creating, providing opportunities for Black professionals in these areas. They are focusing on paid placements in the workforce, mentorships and assistant positions on Broadway shows and theatrical projects. TTLP and BTC will support candidates in General Management through a combination of existing program opportunities and bespoke opportunities created for this project. Each candidate will be placed in a production office for two years. After the first two years, Fellows will have access to TTLP’s network of resources, mentors and continued support.

 

Compensation Package for Fellowship:

$50,000/yearly compensation for 24 – month fellowship

Continued support for year 3

Health insurance

Relocation stipend to NYC, if applicable

Salary: $50,000
