Florida Studio Theatre, a professional LORT D theatre in Sarasota, FL is currently seeking an experienced Development Associate for a rapidly expanding development department.

The Development Associate serves as FST’s Donor Concierge. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, being on-site during performances to greet and cultivate donors, research and identification of perspective donors, present prospects to development and executive staff, assist with overall donor advancement, participate in fundraising events, handle special ticketing needs for donors and assist in reaching fundraising goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to organize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously; to prioritize and take initiative; to work independently and collaboratively.



Must be flexible and available on nights and weekends.

FST operates five stages, the 173 seat Keating Theatre, the 237 seat Gompertz Theatre, the 109 seat Goldstein Cabaret Theatre, the 110 seat John C. Court Cabaret Theatre and the 100 seat Bowne's Lab Theatre.
