Development Associate

Development Associate 2021 Florida Studio Theatre, a professional LORT D theatre in Sarasota, FL is currently seeking an experienced Development Associate for a rapidly expanding development department. Florida Studio Theatre is working towards becoming a more anti-racist and inclusive theatre. The Development Associate serves as FST’s Donor Concierge. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, being on-site during performances to greet and cultivate donors, research and identification of perspective donors, present prospects to development and executive staff, assist with overall donor advancement, participate in fundraising events, handle special ticketing needs for donors and assist in reaching fundraising goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to organize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously; to prioritize and take initiative; to work independently and collaboratively.
