DONTRELL JONES III (Male, Black, 18) Heir to a haunting and powerful legacy. This role calls for onstage kissing and sexual situations (no nudity) with the performer playing ERIKA. All theatrical intimacy will be choreographed.

ERIKA (Female, White, 21) A lifeguard and Dontrell’s soulmate.This role calls for onstage kissing and sexual situations (no nudity) with the performer playing DONTRELL JONES III. All theatrical intimacy will be choreographed. The character appears onstage in a bathing suit.

DAD aka DONTRELL JONES JR. (Male, Black, 35-40s) Dontrell’s father.

MOM aka SOPHIA JONES (Female, Black, 35-40s) Dontrell’s mother.

DANIELLE (Female, Black, 17) Dontrell’s little sister.

SHEA (Female, Black, 30s) Dontrell’s cousin on his father’s side.

ROBBY (Male, Black, 19) Dontrell’s best friend and an honorary member of the family.
