You plays Akashi Takayuki, a skilled manager at the major talent agency KODAMA Production. Speaking about portraying a manager, You said, “I once again realized that talents can only exist because managers support them, and since we work as a team, I didn’t feel the role was the complete opposite of who I am. It made me appreciate them even more.”
He added, “With Ms. Suzuki here today, the air feels incredibly tense…it really straightens my posture.” He showed a hint of being overwhelmed by Yoko’s presence.
Honami plays Yoko Kodama, the president of the agency. I resonated deeply with that feeling and thought it would be a very rewarding work to take part in, so I decided to join.”

The two also shared impressions of working together for the first time. You said, “She has always been so dignified. Even when she smiles once the camera starts rolling, her eyes aren’t smiling… I kept thinking, ‘She’s scary’ (laugh).”
Honami responded with a laugh: “He is extremely earnest, and when we’re waiting, he sort of erases his presence, don’t you? (laugh)”
