Israel Musicals to Present FRANKLY, SINATRA Starring Yisreal Lutnick in Givatayim, Herzliya and Jerusalem, June 6-24

Israel Musicals has announced a production of Frankly, Sinatra.., starring the Broadway Rabbi Yisrael Lutnick, in Givatayim (June 6), Herzliya (June 21) and Jerusalem (June 24).

Frank Sinatra was a bullied, somewhat awkward kid from Hoboken, NJ, an unlikely star. And yet, he became the biggest there was! He had The World on a String, and he found his way into the hearts of, well, everybody. How did he get there? What were his wrong turns, and his right ones? And what about Sinatra and the Jews?

Come Fly with Yisrael Lutnick, together with pianist Haim Tukachinsky, bassist Yoav Kolumbus and drummer Yair Salzman, for a journey to meet the real Ol' Blue Eyes. Thrill to the great songs, amazing stories, and life-changing Rabbinical perspectives on the 20th century's great performer. This is not an impersonation, it is a tribute and a journey with Yisrael Lutnick.

The dialogue will be (mostly) in hebrew, and the songs will be in English. Come experience The Rabbi and The Voice, it'll Fly You To The Moon!

And there's a great bonus! Opening the evening will be Dr. Jazz himself, Elazar Brandt, with "Hello Louis," a tribute to the music of Louis Armstrong. Dr. Jazz travels throughout Israel performing "senseless acts of simcha." His opening this show is one of those acts!
