STAC Talks is a series of conversations presented by South Tipperary Arts Centre as part of its 30th anniversary programme, with this inaugural edition exploring the role and realities of arts centres and artistic production in regional contexts. The morning session features a panel discussion titled 'What is an Arts Centre anyway?' with Michele Horrigan, Paul O'Neill, and Helena Tobin. The afternoon session, 'Making art in a regional context - an artist's perspective,' features Aideen Barry, Ursula Burke, Sheenagh Geoghegan, Austin McQuinn, and Bridget O'Gorman. The event accompanies the STAC @ 30 exhibition and runs from 11am to 3:30pm.
