Roscommon Arts Centre Presents BAD FAITH 2/17-2/19

Roscommon native and local talent, Ben Mulhern, will appear onstage at Roscommon Arts Centre next week in Bad Faith, in which he both directs and performs for 3 performances only from Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th February at 8pm nightly. Ben is an actor, comedian and presenter who has recently starred in the critically acclaimed Gaiety production of The Shawshank Redemption. Theatre goers at the arts centre will also recognise him from his previous appearances in ‘Little Green Men' a few years back. Currently based in Dublin, Ben's most recent work was the play "Blasted" by Sarah Kane in Druid Theatre for the Galway Theatre Festival.

Bad Faith is a powerful story of one man's journey over two decades and the forces behind is life-altering decisions. What epitaph can tell a person's story? What are we without belief? Bad Faith explores the deep psychological triggers that fashioned a young man's life. The small-town that formed him, the father he rejected, the psychologist that changed his life... and the reasons he abandoned home, family and faith for a life on a Dutch building site. Returning after 20 years, the adult Gerard makes a series of painful discoveries on his road to redemption.
