Tony Award-winning theatrical producing and general management firm Martian Entertainment, founded in 1997 and owned by Carl D. White and Gregory Rae, has expanded its leadership team with HyoJu Hong, professionally known as Ju Hong, serving as Vice President of International Development, and Kaylin Kellin, professionally known as Kaylin AK, serving as Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy.

The appointments reflect Martian Entertainment's continued growth and its commitment to developing new work, expanding international partnerships, and strengthening collaboration across theatrical production, management, and creative development.

As Vice President of International Development, Hong will lead efforts to build Martian Entertainment's international relationships, develop strategic partnerships, identify new theatrical and cultural opportunities, and expand the company's presence across global markets. Her work will include international co-productions, theatrical licensing, cultural exchange, government-supported arts initiatives, media engagement, and new-work development.

Hong is the first publicly documented Korean-born professional to hold a vice-presidential position within a New York-based Broadway producing and general management office, representing a significant milestone for Korean representation within the Broadway industry.

As Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy, Kellin works across Martian Entertainment to connect creative vision with strategic planning, communications, and cross-functional management. Her role focuses on aligning creative innovation and operational strategy across the company's productions and expanding slate of projects.

HYOJU HONG

Vice President, International Development
Originally from Seoul, Korea, HyoJu Hong, professionally known as Ju Hong, began her artistic career as a traditional Korean dancer before transitioning into theater management and producing. She earned a second bachelor's degree in Theatre from CUNY Hunter College and a master's degree in Arts Administration from CUNY Baruch College.

Since 2010, Hong has worked across New York City's nonprofit and commercial theater sectors, with experience in Stage Management, Company Management, General Management, Theatrical Production, and Arts Administration.

Hong's work in Korea includes serving as Production Stage Manager for The Lower Depths and The Crucible at Kim Soo-Ro's Project Workshop. More recently, she served as U.S. Line Producer and Associate Producer for the 29-hour developmental reading and script workshop of Fly to Tomorrow with JooDa Culture. She has also collaborated with Studio Vibe Stone as an Associate Producer.

An alumna of the 2024 Theatre Producers of Color Broadway Producing 101 Program, Hong is committed to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and developing new theatrical work.

In her current role, she builds international relationships and explores opportunities in co-productions, theatrical licensing, cultural exchange, government-supported arts initiatives, media engagement, and new-work development.

Hong is particularly interested in collaborating with artists and organizations from diverse cultural and creative backgrounds and supporting projects that encourage artistic experimentation, expand representation, and connect audiences around the world.

KAYLIN KELLIN

Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy

Kaylin Kellin, professionally known as Kaylin AK, is an NYC-based multi-hyphenate, creative strategist, and producer hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, currently serving as the Head of Creative Strategy and Synergy at Martian Entertainment.

Renowned for bridging big-picture vision with operational excellence, Kaylin specializes in aligning creative innovation, cross-functional management, and strategic communications to elevate high-profile productions.

Her industry credits in General and Company Management span major Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Immediate Family, directed by Phylicia Rashad, The Cottage, ROOM, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, War Words, and American Soldier.

As a Producer and Line Producer, her work includes A Wonderful World: The Louis Armstrong Musical, the Curtain Rising Reading Festival at NewYorkRep, Hamlet for the Columbia School of the Arts MFA Showcase, and the Drama League's Embrace the Season Gala.

Dedicated to fostering equity and connection within the industry, Kaylin is also a co-founder of BlackLight Community, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting people of color in the arts.
