MOYO DANCE PERFORMANCE Continues At North Sumatra

Groups across North Sumatra present MOYO DANCE PERFORMANCE at various festivals until November.

Moyo Dance is one of the traditional dances originating from Nias, North Sumatra. This dance is also often referred to as the Elang Dance , because the movement is almost similar to the Eagle movement that is flying. This Moyo dance is usually danced by female dancers, and is often performed in various events such as celebrations of big days, welcoming guests, weddings and other customary events.
