The Full Monty runs May 15-31, 2009 at the Arts United Center. Six Men. With Nothing to Lose.

2001 Tony Award and Drama Desk Award nominee for best musical, The Full Monty tells the tale of six unemployed Buffalo steelworkers. Low on both cash and prospects, they decide to present a strip act at a local club after seeing their wives' enthusiasm for a touring company of professionals. As they prepare for the show, working through their fears, self-consciousness and anxieties, they overcome their inner demons and find strength in their camaraderie. There is great heart to The Full Monty and the ultimate themes expressed in the show - taking charge of one's life and following one's dreams are great lessons for all of us.
