Love, crime, visions from the otherworld, breathtaking storyline and enchanting music. After a successful run at London's West End and New York's Broadway this fantastic musical hits the stages of Budapest Operetta and Musical Theatre in its non-replica version.

The musical is based on the multiple Academy Award-winner movie from 1990, starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg.

The play centres on the relationship of a loving couple, who are planning their wedding, when a tragic accident puts an end to the man's life. But the love in his heart is so strong, that he cannot leave his lover behind. His ghost remains on earth, because he realizes that his death was caused by his friend, who is prepared to murder his love. With the help of a medium, he manages to contact the girl and warn her about the lurking danger, but she finds it very hard to accept and believe in these unearthly happenings.

For modern man occultism and spiritualism has become more and more important: the search for the unknown and the secrets of the afterlife. Man is like a perfect biological machine; very similar to a thinking and sensitive computer. But who forged this exceptional being? What art could twist it into life? When will we die? Where do we go after we have left this world of shadows behind and how do we get there? Secrets, mysteries and wild guesses...
