4th Wall Extends “Pride and Prejudice” Run After Sell-Out First Weekend

Houston, TX—Opening to a weekend full of packed houses, 4th Wall Theatre Company has decided to add an additional Saturday matinee to their run of Kate Hamill’s “Pride and Prejudice.” The show has already garnered acclaim from critics and fans alike, and audiences are encouraged to buy seats soon.

“With a strong ensemble cast, impeccable 360-degree sets, and pop musical transitions between scenes, you will be laughing and enjoying yourself through this entire production,” raves Doni Wilson from Houstonia Magazine. She adds, “Often the best gift is experiencing something new, and this new version of Pride and Prejudice is a true gift: fun, fast-paced, and a frolic that all ages can attend.”

Kate Hamill’s adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel found success in its Off-Broadway run and has become a hot title at theatres all over the country. 4th Wall is delighted to present this show in its Houston debut, a standout in their season full of premieres for the city.

Natalie de la Garza of the Houston Press hails the show "...a brisk, highly energetic production that moves with the singular grace of a well-trained dancer."
