The Grand 1894 Opera House Presents SOMETHING ROTTEN!

The Grand 1894 Opera House presents the hilarious Broadway smash hit Something Rotten!, Saturday January 26 with two grand performances - 3pm and 8pm. Tickets may be purchased at The Grand's Box Office, 2020 Postoffice Street, by calling 409.765.1894, 800.821.1894, or online at www.thegrand.com.

Nominated for 10 Tony Awards (including nomination for Best Musical,) this Broadway smash hit is set in 1595. Something Rotten! is the hilarious story of Nick and Nigel Bottom - two brothers who are desperate to write a hit play. When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing, and acting - all at the same time - the brothers set out to write the world's very first MUSICAL! With its heart on its ruffled sleeve and sequins in its soul, Something Rotten! Is "The Producers + Spamalot + The Book of Mormon. Squared!" - New York Magazine.
