TUTS' Humphreys School of Musical Theatre to Present BIG, 6/11-14

Theatre Under The Stars' (TUTS) Humphreys School of Musical Theatre (HSMT) is pleased to announce that the highly-anticipated summer production at Miller Outdoor Theatre is Big, The Musical. Get ready to see the classic 1987 motion picture fantasy burst onto the stage in an unforgettable theatrical experience. HSMT will present FREE performances June 11 - 13 at 11:00 a.m. and June 13 - 14 at 8:15 p.m.

When frustrated adolescent Josh Baskin wishes he were "big" and wakes up the next morning a 30-year-old man, he discovers there's much more to being an adult than he's bargained for and learns we must all grow up at our own pace, in our own time.

A witty, moving, insightful book by John Weidman (Assassins, Pacific Overture, Road Show) and a dazzling, energetic, heartfelt, contemporary score by David Shire and Richard Maltby, Jr. (Baby, Closer Than Ever, Starting Here, Starting Now) make the vibrant, funny and touching Big, The Musical a perfect show for audiences of all ages!
