Eric Carle's beloved creatures crawl from the page to center stage. Families can see The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show featuring Brown Bear, Brown Bear on Saturday, January 26 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the Cullen Theater at the Wortham Center. Colorful and kinetic, this adaptation captures all the charm of Carle's original tales and illustrations, while conveying simple messages about the value of creativity, belonging, and growth.

The critically acclaimed production of The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show created by Jonathan Rockefeller features a menagerie of 75 lovable puppets, faithfully adapts four stories by author and illustrator Eric Carle: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, 10 Little Rubber Ducks, The Very Lonely Firefly and of course, the star of the show - The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The Very Hungry Caterpillar has delighted generations of readers since it was first published in 1969 selling more than 43 million copies worldwide. Brown Bear, Brown Bear - now celebrating 50 years - has sold more than 16 million copies.
