The winning playwrights for 2015 are Jake Arky of San Francisco, California, James McLindon, from Northampton, Massachusetts, David Alan Brown from Indianapolis, Indiana and Cathirine Rush from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Special congratulations to Mr. McLindon, whose play "Good" was a finalist in the first New American Voices Play Reading Series.

The New American Voices Play Reading Series is an annual event featuring four readings from a national search of American plays. All plays are selected from blind reads, and the top ten are given to a final panel. This year's submissions included almost 400 plays and reflected a broad cross section of American Playwriting.

Friday, March 13 @ 7PM

Directed by Troy Scheid

"Ebenezer Creek" by James McLindon

Saturday, March 14 @ 1PM

"Lily's Blue" by David Alan Brown

Saturday, March 14 @ 7PM

Directed by Jacey Little

"The Me Generation" by Catherine Rush

Sunday, March 15 @ 3PM

All readings are followed by a talkback with the playwright, cast and director moderated by Landing Literary Associate, Troy Loftin.

Readings will take place at

Frenetic Theatre

5102 Navigation Boulevard

Houston, TX 77011

February 13-15, 2015

Admission is free.

As a special offer, attend all four readings and receive free tickets to upcoming Landing productions.
