About

The Tampa International Fringe Festival will take place in Historic Ybor City, Tampa. Founded in 2016, Tampa Fringe is an uncensored, unjuried performing arts festival and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals (CAFF). This means it follows core Fringe principles, including 100% of base ticket sales going to artists and providing an inclusive, artist-driven platform.

Tampa Fringe celebrates theater, comedy, music, dance, storytelling, experimental performances, and more. The festival offers local artists five performances and touring artists three performances at a venue equipped with a technician, box office support, and basic tech capabilities. Artists also receive promotional opportunities through the Fringe Guide, social media pushes, and coverage in local media outlets like Creative Loafing, TBT, and Watermark.

In addition to performances, Tampa Fringe hosts parties, special events, and community gatherings. Out-of-town artists may also have access to billeting (host housing), subject to availability.
