Overview

The Marketing Fellowship in Playwrights Horizons' Theatrical Fellowship Program embeds an early-career professional on the theatre's marketing and content team, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing. The fellow owns cross-promotion strategy for each production, serves as first point of contact for the general info inbox, manages online bookshop orders, designs and tracks season emails, conducts audience and industry research, supports marketing events, processes website changes, creates print and social content, and helps with expense tracking. The position runs 24 hours per week from September 2026 to June 2027 at $17 per hour, with seminars, career support, tickets, and a capstone project included.

Eligibility

Early-career; one prior arts internship a plus; US work authorization required

Notes

Reports to Associate Director of Marketing; includes email marketing, social, cross-promotion, bookshop.
