The General Management Fellowship in Playwrights Horizons' Theatrical Fellowship Program gives an early-career professional cross-departmental experience in the administrative and logistical life of a nonprofit Off-Broadway theatre, reporting to the Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities include tracking rental inquiries for the uptown location, contracting and paying contributors to the Almanac literary magazine, processing union benefit payments and reports, tracking production budgets, and monitoring ticket sales and house seats. The fellowship runs 24 hours per week from September 2026 to June 2027 at $17 per hour; fellows also attend seminars, receive career support and tickets, and complete a capstone project. 2026/27 applications closed March 30, 2026.
