The Development Fellowship in Playwrights Horizons' Theatrical Fellowship Program places an early-career professional on the Off-Broadway theatre's fundraising team, reporting to the Associate Director of Individual Giving. The fellow designs and tracks membership and campaign emails, develops content for the Gen PH Instagram account, processes ticket requests, helps plan member nights and the Spring Gala, staffs the Development inbox, conducts donor prospect research, and maintains donor records. The position runs 24 hours per week from September 2026 to June 2027 at $17 per hour, and all fellows attend industry seminars, receive career coaching and tickets, and complete a capstone project.
