New York Theatre Workshop's 2050 Administrative Fellowship, which replaced NYTW's internship program, is a yearlong paid part-time fellowship (20-30 hours per week at $20 per hour, September to June) for emerging administrators underrepresented in theatre administration. Up to eight fellows are placed in Artistic Workshop, Development, Education & Engagement, or Marketing, work directly with department heads, develop a personalized fellowship plan, and take on day-to-day and long-term projects, supplemented by a two-day orientation intensive, monthly seminars, brown bag lunches with staff and guests, and networking events. Applications for 2026/27 closed March 27, 2026; fellows must relocate to the NYC area at their own expense.
