Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT) presents Dial "M" for Murder on October 6-7, 13-14 at 7:30pm, and October 8 & 15 at 2pm at The Stage at Island Park.

Tony Wendice has married his wife, Margot, for her money and now plans to murder her for the same reason. He arranges the perfect murder. He blackmails a scoundrel he used to know into strangling her for a fee of one hundred thousand pounds, and arranges a brilliant alibi for himself. Unfortunately, the murderer gets murdered and the victim survives. Come to FMCT and learn the startling conclusion of this plot-twisting play.

Written by Frederick Knott, the play originally premiered on stage in London's West End in 1952. Knott would also write the screenplay for Alfred Hitchcock's famous 1954 film adaption of the work, starring Grace Kelly. James B. DeBrito directs this traditional staging, set in the 1950s.

Audio description will be available on October 6, opening night of the production. Assistive listening devices are available to patrons at the FMCT Box Office.

Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre members can buy tickets starting September 5. Membership begins with an annual contribution of $35 or more. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 18. To purchase tickets, visit fmct.org or call 701.235.6778.
