Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre Presents MARY POPPINS

Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT) presents MARY POPPINS on September 14, 15, 20-22, 27-29 at 7:30pm and September 16 & 23 at 2pm at The Stage at Island Park.

Everyone's favorite "practically perfect" nanny takes the stage in this Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious adventure. Adapted from the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, MARY POPPINS is a memorable mixture of an irresistible story, dazzling choreography, incredible effects, and unforgettable songs. Imagination will fly high in this musical delight for the whole family!

After being blown in on the wind, Mary Poppins brings order to the chaos that is the Banks family household and helps them relearn their appreciation for one another in her own unique way. Magic will fill the theatre to the sound of beloved melodies performed by a live 12-piece orchestra including: "A Spoonful of Sugar," "Chim Chim Cher-ee," "Feed the Birds," and "Step in Time."

This fanciful production springs to life with direction from FMCT's Artistic Director, Adam Pankow. An incredible, multigenerational cast comes together to tell this whimsical tale. With 41 principle and ensemble roles filled, MARY POPPINS will feature one of the largest casts FMCT has seen on its stage.
