Set in a Wild West from some alternative reality, Ostentatious Outlaws of Neehai Valley is an absurd satire of the ever-present friction between religion and queerness. In a quiet, rural town, residents follow the teachings of a literal bush. When an outsider arrives, their world is thrown into disarray after the stranger's magical culottes start sparking awakenings that will change them forever. Cue existential breakdowns and evil squirrels all leading to an epic standoff between a bush and pants. So, basically, it's as if Urinetown, Little Shop of Horrors, Kinky Boots, Aliens, and church had a fivesome. Welcome to Neehai Valley.
Cora: Female presenting. Bisexual. Any race. Late 20's to 30's. While Cora holds strong to her belief in the Bush, she also holds the greatest capacity for duality and questioning what she's been told. In many ways, she is the audience surrogate and becomes the driving force for change.
Ezra: Male presenting. Gay. Any race. Early 20's to 30's. All he wants is to be loved, but he doesn’t know if he deserves it or if he will ever find it. He offers a lot of absurd comedic fodder, but should not be played as a fool. He is sincerely a man in search of his identity without the vocabulary or other gay men around to help him in his journey.
Lorelai: Female presenting. Lesbian. Any race. Late 20's to 30's. She struggles the most with change and letting go of the life she has always known, which drives her to make destructive decisions. In many ways, her resistance to embracing her true self comes from holding on to internalized homophobia.
Dale: Male presenting. Straight*. White. Late 20's to 30's. Very hot and not too bright. The embodiment of societal norms, privilege, and religious zealotry. He is not a villain, at least not until he is possessed by the Bush. He truly thinks he is doing what is best for the community, and simply doesn't recognize his privilege/power.
Will: Trans male or trans nonbinary masc presenting. Any race. Late 20's to 30's. He is the mysterious stranger who comes to town and shakes things up. He experienced intense trauma at the hands of the bush, and has made it his life's mission to help others discover their true selves. Ultimately, he is looking for a home and community where he can put down roots.

In a moment of reckless vanity, Dorian sells his soul. He bargains for eternal youth, not knowing that every cruelty and every indulgence will splatter the portrait with darkness and corruption. In this visceral new staging of Oscar Wilde’s famous novel, the pursuit of beauty becomes a brutal act of creation. Set in a stark world of white walls and clean lines, this adaptation strips the story to its rawest elements, using live action painting to chart Dorian’s moral descent. With each choice, each sin, the pristine wall is defaced—layered with thick, chaotic strokes of paint that reflect the corruption he hides within.
As Dorian’s surface remains untouched, the world around him bears the weight of his decay. Wilde’s decadent language collides with explosive physicality in a production that’s as much a living canvas as a play — a bold meditation on art, desire, corruption, and destruction.
Dorian Gray: 20s-30s. Youthful and ignorant. Sheltered and supple. Petulant at times. But wholly charming. And increasingly coy and beguiling.
Basil Heyward: 30s-40s. An artist. Kind and intelligent. Deeply passionate. Has both a moral and poetic view of the world. A kind of tortured soul.
Henry Wotton: 40s-50s. A self-proclaimed hedonist. Witty and self-aggrandizing. An Influencer. Charming, with little care for social laws or boundaries. Manipulative.
Sybil Vane: 20s. An actress. Talented and unadulterated. Feels deeply and quickly.
James Vane: 30s. A sailor. Sybil’s brother. Protective and obsessive.
Four ensemble players: Double the rest of the characters.

The early 20th century was an extraordinarily hostile time for queer people, but an underground cabaret movement known as the Pansy Craze gave voice to courageous performers like Gene Malin, Karyl Norman, and Bruz Fletcher. Inspired by these crusaders and their incredible artistry, Pansy imagines one such cabaret singer holding court for an audience of Hollywood stars as America enters World War II. A celebration of queer artistry, creativity, and resilience, Pansy is a story about singing out when the world demands your silence.
BUDDY FIELDS (CAST): early 30s, the venerated resident nightclub singer at Club Hollywood

Robin has made it to the top of the food chain. Her study of grasshoppers has made her an esteemed scientist in her idyllic, isolated town. Life is picturesque - until it’s not. When Robin is plagued by peculiar dreams, an Outsider arrives, and the grasshoppers begin behaving… strangely.
Set to a folk horror score and inspired by the actual physiological and behavioral transformation that grasshoppers undergo in times of food scarcity, LOCUST, a new horror musical, places community, ambition, and progress beneath the microscope.
ROBIN (20s, she/her, any race): finds joy in new discoveries, wants to go to the Outside world, the Town’s beloved, perfect and innocent girl – which she’s never been.
FOREST (20s, he/him, BIPOC): an outsider who claims to be drawn to the Town’s simplicity, passionate, wide-eyed, earnest goodness – until he’s not.
ALICE (late 20s, she/her, any race): Robin’s adopted older sister who doesn’t have a purpose in the Town so for now she works with Robin, strongly believes in the Town’s rules and system.
THE GRASSHOPPERS/LOCUSTS (any race/gender): A versatile voice - someone who can experiment with unique, odd, and unsettling/eccentric vocalizations (think Grace McLean in “In the Green”). NOTE: Vocally, the grasshoppers/locusts are represented by one single actor at a looping pedal.
CORIE: Alice’s Mother (40s, she/her, same race as Alice)
MASON: Alice’s Father (40s, he/him, same race as Alice)
TOWNSPEOPLE ENSEMBLE: the Town should be relatively diverse.
