BREAKDOWN

GABRIEL “GABE” GOODMAN:
Male, Caucasian, 18 to 21 (seeking adult actor 18+). Diana & Dan's son. Dashing, athletic, and bright. He is a playful man and everything a mother could imagine. Rock tenor to high A (full voice), possible high C (full voice), strong falsetto to high D

DIANA GOODMAN:
Female, Caucasian, 40 to 45. Delusional, bipolar, and depressed. The sexiness of her yesterdays has only recently begun to soften. She is determined to make her family perfect but is tortured by a death in the family. Rock mezzo to high G, strong belt/mix to D

NATALIE GOODMAN:
Female, Caucasian, mid- to late-teens (seeking adult actor 18+). Diana & Dan's troubled daughter. An accomplished pianist and hardworking student, her struggles are exacerbated by her mother's behavior. She greatly admires Henry. Rock mezzo to high G, strong belt/mix to E flat

DAN GOODMAN:
Male, Caucasian, 40 to 45. Diana's husband. He is handsome and genuine. Though a constant in Diana's tumultuous life, he has grown tired and weary of her antics. High rock baritone or tenor to high A (full voice), strong falsetto to high D flat

DR. MADDEN:
Male, any ethnicity, 30 to 40. Diana's handsome psychiatrist. Quite assured in his practice and considered somewhat of a rock star. Rock tenor or baritone with good top to high A flat (full voice) *The actor will also play the role of Dr. Fine.

HENRY:
Male, any ethnicity, late-teens (seeking adult actor 18+). Natalie's classmate. The all-around musician, philosopher, and slacker. He has an intoxicating capacity for sympathy and romance. Rock tenor to high G (full voice), strong falsetto to high A
