BREAKDOWN

Track 1:
Howard Campbell, Jr. – Male, white, 40-50. Charismatic playwright, Nazi propagandist, and American spy.

Track 2:
Arnold, Epstein, Eichmann, Westlake, Dorborwitz, Ensemble – Male, 20-30. Epstein is the dominate character; he is a young Jewish doctor, born in Auschwitz, and trying to forget the past

Track 3:
Hess, Bernard B. O’hare, Professor, Noth, Arpad, Veteran, Bodovskov, Ensemble – Male, white, 40-50. O’hare is the dominate character; he is an angry, bitter WWII veteran who is trying for redemption through capturing Campbell.

Track 4:
Goebbels, Kraft, Gutman, Ensemble – Male, white, 50-60. Kraft is the dominate character; he is a chess-loving, emerging modern painter. He is also a Russian spy.

Track 5:
Mother, Helga, Resi, Ensemble – Female, white, 30-45. Helga/Resi are the dominate characters. Helga was a beloved German actress, and Campbell’s wife and muse. Resi is her younger sister, a war refugee in love with her sister’s husband.

Track 6:
Epstein’s Mother, Hatie, Wirtanen, Ensemble – Female, 40-60. Wirtanen is the dominate character. She is a U.S. intelligence officer who recruits Campbell; a “gasbag and a blowhard,” but deadly serious when she needs to be.

Track 7:
Bernard Mengle, Jones, Guard, Ensemble – Male, 50-70. Jones is the dominate character. He a retired dentist who makes a fortune through inventions. Is also the publisher of the White Christian Minuteman.
