Preparation Please prepare 2 monologues (1 comic/1 dramatic) not to exceed 4 minutes total; or 1 monologue and 1 song. Bring sheet music in your key; an accompanist will be provided. Bring headshot and resume.
Other JET will also be represented at the Williamston, Tipping Point, and Performance Network auditions May 20-22; reps from those theatres will be present at these auditions.

(Musical) Book by Tom Jones, Music by Harvey Schmidt, Lyrics by Tom Jones, Based on THE FOURPOSTER by Jan de Hartog Mary Bremer, Director; Stacy White, Musical Director Agnes – Soft but independent , romantic but practical woman ages from 20s to old age. Must have excellent musical background; also plays an instrument (Originally played by Mary Martin). Michael – Occasionally overbearing, vaguely chauvinistic writer. An egotist who adores his wife. Must a strong musical background; also plays a musical instrument. Ages from 20s to Old Age (Originally played By Robert Preston).

Feels angry and orphaned since 9/11, as both of her parents have withdrawn into their own worlds. Sylvia Stein – Her mother, 40s. Newly Evangelical, with a close, personal relationship to Jesus. Nelson Steinberg – Also 16 years old. Their new neighbor. Passionate about science, dresses as Elvis, love Rachel. Jesus and Stephen Hawkings – played by same actor.
