Equity Chorus Call / Dancers who sing:

Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Ripley Grier Studios

10 AM – Equity female dancers who sing 520 Eighth Avenue, 16th Floor

2 PM – Equity male dancers who sing New York, NY (bet. 36th and 37th St.)

Wear comfortable character/dance shoes and clothing. Be ready and warmed up to learn combination(s). Prepare 16 bars of music in the style of the show(s) in case asked to stay and sing. Bring sheet music.

Bring two (2) pictures and resumes, each stapled together.

Dancer-Singer-Actors who are comfortable working within a repertory company where everyone from principal to ensemble is considered and respected as equal. Seeking for the following productions in the season:

Barter Theatre, celebrating its 78th Season, is a repertory company with two theaters in historic Abingdon, VA. The Barter is also a producer of national tours as well.

Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
