PREPARATION
Please prepare a short cut of a musical comedy song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

PRINCETON/ROD (Male Identifying, 20-30, Baritone)
PRINCETON - Should have an innocence as Princeton. A bit wide eyed and naïve. ROD - is a bit uptight. He always wears a suit. An investment banker and a closeted homosexual. Puppeteering experience a major plus.
KATE MONSTER/LUCY THE SLUT (Female Identifying, 25-30, Mezzo Soprano with belt)
KATE - is a Kindergarten teaching assistant, who is a bit older than Princeton. LUCY - is a slut. And a vamp. Puppeteering experience a major plus.
NICKY/TREKKIE MONSTER/BAD IDEA BEAR (Male Identifying, 20-40, Tenor)
NICKY - is a bit of a slacker who lives with Rod. TREKKIE MONSTER - is a grumpy, Internet watcher obsessed with Porn. BAD IDEA BEAR - is snuggly and cute. Puppeteering experience a major plus.
MRS. T/BAD IDEA BEAR (Female Identifying, 20-40, Mezzo-Soprano)
MRS. T. - is crabby and ancient. Kate's boss. BAD IDEA BEAR - is snuggly and cute. (this role also second hands Nicky/Trekkie) Puppeteering experience a major plus.
BRIAN (Male Identifying, Early 30s, Bari-Tenor)
A laid-back, unmotivated guy married to Christmas Eve. Wants to be a comedian.
CHRISTMAS EVE (Female Identifying, 30-35, Mezzo-Soprano with Belt)
She has 2 Master's degrees, is a therapist and is originally from Japan. Ability to speak with a subtle Japanese accent.
GARY COLEMAN (Female or Male Identifying, 30-40, Mezzo-Soprano with belt or Bari-Tenor)
Yes, that Gary Coleman. Lives on the Avenue and is superintendent of the apartment buildings.
