Goblin:Macbeth, presented at the Citadel Theatre, offers a unique blend of comedy and tragedy as three goblins discover a copy of Shakespeare's works and decide to stage Macbeth. This spontaneous creation, led by Rebecca Northan, Bruce Horak, and Ellis Lalonde, invites audiences into an unpredictable and interactive experience. The production emphasizes the text of Shakespeare while obscuring the identities of the actors, bringing a fresh perspective to the classic tale. The show runs from January 11 to February 2, 2025, in the Rice Theatre.
