Photo Flash: Ashley Brown in Concert at The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines

The Civic Center of Greater Des Moines welcomed Broadway's very own ‘Mary Poppins' Ashley Brown in An Evening with Ashley Brown to a very enthusiastic crowd at the Civic Center's Temple Theater last night for a one-night-only cabaret performance on Thursday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m.
This evening of song and laughter, presented with Musical Director Brad Haak accompanying, was fueled by Ms. Brown's dazzling stage presence and incredible voice. Songs for the evening were drawn from her roles on Broadway as well as recent performances at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center and Ashley's PBS Special, "Call Me Irresponsible." One of the highlights of the evening was her salute to Disney with a magical medley of time honored Disney classics.
