Iowa City Native Kelly Pardekooper to Perform at the Englert Theatre 11/26
The Englert Theatre is set to present Iowa City native and singer/songwriter Kelly Pardekooper on Saturday, November 26 at 8pm.
Kelly Pardekooper is a songwriter, singer, guitar playing noise-maker currently based in Los Angeles, California. He is releasing his sixth album "Yonder", produced by Grammy nominated Bo Ramsey. Pardekooper has toured all over the United States and Europe and been featured everywhere from SXSW in Austin to the Take Root Festival in Amsterdam. Critically acclaimed, he was awarded an emerging artist grant from Jim Beam Whiskey. Recent television song credits include True Blood, Cold Case, and Sons of Anarchy.
This concert is part of the Englert's Intimate series. Intimate events (approx. 75-100 audience members) bring both the audience and the performers onstage together: the connection between artist and audience is direct and electrifying
