Formed in the Summer of 2010 in the small town of Longmont, Colorado, ONE FLEW WEST has grown from a high school garage band into a full-scale rock machine storming up and down the front range. Now based in Denver, the four-piece has made a lasting mark on the local music scene and look to make that mark on the national scene in the near future. Uniquely combining rock and roll with various aspects of folk, pop and punk rock, there are few bands out there that sound like One Flew West making it difficult to fill in the cliche definition of, "They sound like so-and-so". The band has been recognized by numerous Colorado-based radio stations and publications as a soon-to-break-out artist.

Known for their high-energy live shows and multi-dimensional songwriting, One Flew West has built up a dedicated fan base and is on their way to the national touring circuit. Their Selective Memory EP came out in October of 2015 and instantly made a splash throughout Colorado and into the Rocky Mountain region. In the spring of 2017, the band released two singles, "All In My Head" and "Ten Years Later" to glowing reviews leaving fans and the community eager for more.

MY BODY SINGS ELECTRIC's music resonates with a sense of playfulness and lust for life. When you meet them in person, it's easy to see why. Call their music indie. Call it pop. Call it what you will. But when you connect with the music from this band of loveable misfits, you'll feel as if you just met your five new best friends. Pop-sensibility can be a taboo in the indie world, but MBSE does not leave you wanting more. With introspective lyrics, danceable rhythms intricate instrumental work and dynamic live shows, they've crafted a fresh, energetic take on indie, pop and alternative rock.

The band's album, "Part 1: The Night Ends" released on January 28th, 2014, lead to a list of impressive dates including the 1st Bank Center in Colorado for KTCL's Not So Silent Night with Young The Giant, Group Love, and Bastille. In 2014, the band signed a booking deal with APA Literary and Talent Agency. They've already built and impressive list of gigs including slots on main stage at Westword Music Festival, and dates with The Flobots, 3OH!3, Bayside, Cute Is What We Aim For and The Chain Gang of 1974.

In the spring of 2012, My Body Sings Electric's album Changing Color cracked the top 200 on the CMJ charts and the band inked licensing agreements with 17 national TV networks including Showtime, MTV, Bravo, Fox Sports and Discovery Networks. Later that year, the band was crowned winners of KTCL's Hometown for the Holidays contest pushing MBSE into the ranks of hugely successful previous winners like The Flobots, Churchill, and Air Dubai.

In 2011, My Body Sings Electric released their first full-length album "Changing Color" to a two-night run of sold out hometown shows at The Bluebird Theater. Changing Color was recorded in the winter of 2010 at Interlace Audio with Stephan Hawkes (Dance Gavin Dance, Johnny Craig, Fear Before). The record also featured the single "Step Into The Light," recorded at the Blasting Room (Rise Against, Less Than Jake). The long list of packed shows in 2011 included a date at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
