METAMORPHOSES Plays the Aurora Fox, Now thru 9/22

METAMORPHOSES by Mary Zimmerman opens today, August 16 and runs through September 22, 2013 at The Aurora Fox Studio Theatre (9900 East Colfax Avenue).
Metamorphoses is comprised of nine inter-related tales based on ancient Greek and Roman mythology, each enacted in and around a large pool of water in the newly updated Fox Studio Theatre. Using contemporary language and familiar characters, such as King Midas and his golden touch and Orpheus and Eurydice in the underworld, the play explores the inevitability of change and the transformative powers of love. PRODUCTION DATES:Fridays August 16, 23, 30, September 6, 13, 20 at 7:30 pm
Saturdays August 17, 24, 31, September 14, 21 at 7:30 pm
