The Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical Jersey Boys broke the box office record for a touring Broadway show at the Buell Theatre, Denver Performing Arts Complex, for the week ending Sunday, December 21 with a gross of $1,924,310. The previous record was $1,659,826. The smash hit musical opened to rave reviews on Friday night, December 12, where it will play through January 3, 2009. Jersey Boys is part of the Denver Center Attractions subscription series at the Buell.
