BETC Announces Auditions for MRS. MULLER in DOUBT 6/6

BETC announces auditions for the role of Mrs. Muller in their upcoming production of Doubt by John Patrick Shanley.

PRODUCTION INFO:

Rehearsals will begin on or around September 1st, 2010. Rehearsals will take place approx. four times a week (evenings and weekend days) until going into tech on September 26th. The show runs from September 30th through October 23rd.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:

Mrs. Muller - African-American, mid-30's to mid-40's. Has a son in eighth grade to whom she is fiercely dedicated, and a violent husband. Practical and strong-willed, she holds her ground in the face of authority. A survivor.

AUDITION INFO:

Auditions will be held Sunday, June 6th, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Tramway Building at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. To be considered, please submit a digital headshot and resume to: Stephen@BoulderEnsembleTheatre.org You will receive a specific time slot once your materials have been reviewed. Please be prepared to show a contemporary monologue (2 minutes maximum), as well as read from Mrs. Muller's featured scene in the play.
