Bootless Stageworks to Present TERMINATOR, THE SECOND from 9/26-10/5

Bootless Stageworks will present the first officially licensed production of Terminator, The Second, a staged adaption of the hit Hollywood blockbuster Terminator 2: Judgment Day. What makes Terminator, The Second such a unique theater production is that it is completed entirely in Shakespearean language. Every line and phrase is taken from the original folios of William Shakespeare, with changes only to proper nouns, pronouns, and verb-tenses that serve to create a hilarious parody about a boy and his cyborg protector with the utmost accuracy.

The Arden Shakespeare Gild celebrates with its own production of Richard II directed by Tanya Lazar. Local actor Greg Faber will play the title role in a cast featuring 19 actors.

The other 'Pilot' film is 'The High and the Mighty' on June 29 and both are directed by William Wellman. The 'Pilot' films are 'The Crimson Pirate' and 'The Black Pirate' on August 3 and 10 at 8:30p.m. In the fall, on October 19 at 8:00p.m., the final day of the Cape May Film Festival, it's an evening of spooky classic silent short films.
