The Soundtrack of Your Life brings together 3 of music's most iconic songwriters - Jimmy Webb, Barry Mann and Paul Williams - for an exclusive and unforgettable evening. Share this historic evening with three legendary songwriters as they perform their hits and tell the stories behind the songs that changed our lives -- in an intimate, unplugged, acoustic musical setting. Experience these songs like never before: songs like Webb's "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "Wichita Lineman," and "MacArthur Park;" Mann's "You've Lost thaT Loving Feeling," "On Broadway," and "Somewhere Out There;" and Williams' "We've Only Just Begun," "You and Me Against the World," and "Evergreen."

The show was originally to be performed at the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center but has been moved to the Victoria Theatre. About the SongwritersBarry Mann, together with his wife, lyricist Cynthia Weil, is one of the outstanding creators of American popular music. In addition to his Grammy Awards® Mann has amassed 56 pop, country and R&B awards from Broadcast Music Inc., recognizing highest performance popularity on American radio and television. "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" (written with Weil and Phil Spector) is the most played song of the twentieth century and the BMI catalogue's most performed song. The Righteous Brothers' recording was selected for induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Mann was inducted into the prestigious Songwriters Hall of Fame, and earned The Robert J Burton Award for the Most Performed Country Song of 1977 ("Here You Come Again). Mann's hits include "On Broadway", "Somewhere Out There," "Don't Know Much," "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration," "Sometimes When We Touch," "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place," "Never Gonna Let You Go," "Just Once," and "Only In America."
Jimmy Webb is the only artist to ever receive Grammy Awards® for music, lyrics and orchestration. In addition to being inducted into the Nashville Songwriter's Hall of Fame, Webb was named the 1993 recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award from The National Academy of Songwriters. According BMI, Webb's song "By The Time I Get To Phoenix" has been the third most performed song in the last fifty years, with "Up, Up and Away" on the same list in the top thirty. His song "Wichita Lineman" has been listed in MOJO Magazine's worldwide survey of the best one hundred singles of all time in the top fifty and was singled out in the Oct/Nov 2001 issue of Blender as "The Greatest Song Ever." Webb's Hits include: "The Highwayman," "Wichita Lineman," "Galveston," "By The Time I Get To Phoenix," "Up, Up and Away" "MacArthur Park," "Worst That Could Happen," "All I Know," and "Easy For You To Say."
Paul Williams is an Oscar®, Grammy® and Golden Globe® winning Hall of Fame songwriter. "We've Only Just Begun," "Rainy Days and Mondays," "You and Me Against the World," "An Old Fashioned Love Song" "I Won't Last a Day Without You" and "Let Me Be The One" are among his timeless standards. His songs have been recorded by Elvis Presley, Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Willie Nelson, Ella Fitzgerald, David Bowie, Ray Charles, R.E.M., Tony Bennett, Sarah Vaughn, Johnny Mathis, Luther Vandross and Kermit the Frog. "The Rainbow Connection", from The Muppet Movie, and "Evergreen" from A Star is Born are two songs that grace the American Film Institute's list of the top 100 movie songs of all times. Known for his work as a songwriter, performer, actor and humanitarian, he predicts he'll be remembered for playing "Little Enos" in the Smokey and the Bandit trilogy and for his lyrics to "The Love Boat" theme.
Note: This concert event was originally announced with Lamont Dozier as the third performer, but due to scheduling conflicts, Paul Williams is taking Dozier's place.
