VTA Kicks Off Cool Films Series With Hepburn-Tracy Rom-Com ADAM'S RIBVictoria Theatre Association kicks off the popular 2018-2019 Summer Cool Films Series with the Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy classic, ADAM'S RIB. ADAM'S RIB is a 1949 American film directed by George Cukor from a screenplay written by Ruth Gordon and Garson Kanin. Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn star as married lawyers who come to oppose each other in court.
