Saint Paul Ballet

St. Paul Ballet is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ballet school and company at 655 Fairview Avenue North in Saint Paul, Minnesota, whose stated mission is to lift the human spirit through the art of ballet. Its Children's Division runs Parent and Me classes for ages two and a half to five, creative dance, pre-ballet and elementary ballet through age eight or nine, while the leveled School Program covers Junior Levels for ages eight to twelve, Middle Levels for eleven to fourteen and Upper Levels for fourteen to twenty-three, the latter two by placement, feeding a pre-professional Youth Company. Adult and teen classes run from fundamentals to advanced, and there are Boomer Ballet classes for ages 55 and over and Lifelong classes for 40 and over. Faculty also teach modern and improvisation. The organization stages an annual Spring Showcase and The Nutcracker Reimagined, offers summer courses and dance camps, and awards scholarships.
