Flor de Liz Dance is a children's dance school at 318 W Fort Lowell Road in Tucson, Arizona, presenting itself as a welcoming, professional alternative to competition-focused studios. Classes are taught by working artists and dance professionals and cover ballet, hip hop and jazz, modern, lyrical and tap, with an emphasis on technique, confidence, versatility and creativity. The program is age-banded: 30-minute toddler classes for ages 3 to 4, 40-minute Pre classes for ages 4 to 6, and hour-plus classes for children and teens aged 7 and up across levels 1 to 6. Dancers perform in Winter and Spring showcases at the Leo Rich Theater, and the studio partners with NUTCRACKER! Magical Christmas Ballet's "Dance with Us" program, hosting auditions and rehearsals on site for Tucson ballet students aged 6 to 17.
