Ferocity Dance Company LLC

Ferocity Dance Company is a Latin dance company and studio in Falls Church, Northern Virginia, serving the DMV area and specializing in the various styles of bachata alongside salsa and social dancing. It was founded in 2012 by owner and director Kat Arias, who set out to create a place where anyone who wanted to be part of the family could be, under the motto "Fierce is for Everyone". The studio is adult-focused and organized around several tracks: auditioned performance teams that rehearse choreography year round, a competitive group active since 2015 including pro-am partnerships for amateur students, and a non-performing Training Team for those who simply want to improve their social dancing. It offers group classes, in-person and virtual private lessons, and specialty workshops, and teaches ballroom and Latin choreography for weddings and quinceaneras. The company also hires out talent for events and rents its basement studio space. Instructors include Kat Arias, Josue Fernandez and Tara Vides.
